WE WANT YOUR WORK!


      Information for scheduling:
*We book our "mission trips" 4-6 weeks in advance. Our working hours usually consist of arriving at 10:00 AM  and departing around 2 - 3:00 PM.
*Each Team size ranges from 12- 35(+) members, depending on your needs.
*Lunch is always provided to our members (cooked in kitchen or delivery)
*We are hosted out of the Salvation Army's Senior Center and can host some Mission Trips. If you do not have a facility to host you are able to "piggy back" a mission trip. ** See Note Below **

     Non Profit Supplies:
*Parking space for a 26 passenger bus as well as (preferably) handicapped parking for 2-3 cars.
*Coffee / Lemonade / Water upon Arrival (snacks optional)
*A Healthy Lunch for all volunteers
*Air conditioned group sized work space
*Cushioned work seats (no metal chairs)
*Directions for the Coordinator for completion of the work.
*Age & Ability appropriate work
*Constant availability of the contact person during the mission trip
*Abundant "Thank You's" during and after work is completed

   Insurance:
If we work at your office location, your organization must supply Barnabas International with an insurance rider covering Barnabas International, Inc. and Seniors on a Mission.

  Additional Note:
You can "Piggy Back" a mission trip. Meaning if you do not have a hosting location, you are able to deliver the work to our bus or work locations for our seniors to complete.  You may also supply part of the lunch, snacks, or desert. MUST CALL JOANNE TO CONFIRM.
